Refund Policy:
- Non-refundable Services: - Consultation, coaching, and healing services are non-refundable.
- No refund and no replacement for cancellations within 24 hours.
- No refund and no replacement for no-shows or late arrivals.
- Results may vary based on client mindset and commitment.

- All healing and consultation sessions especially The 6-Month Deep Acceptance & Integration Program are non-refundable due to its nature and the level of commitment required. We encourage you to thoroughly assess your dedication before enrolling in the 6-Month program. We appreciate your understanding.

Standards of Behavior:

- Attend sessions drug-free (except prescribed medication).
- Respect therapists and the company.
- Violent, abusive behavior may result in session cancellation.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

- Client information is required for record-keeping in written and electronic forms.

- Mailing Lists:
- Clients may be added to mailing lists for newsletters (with an unsubscribe option).

- Legal Exceptions:
- Exceptions to confidentiality include clear danger, abuse/neglect, or court subpoenas.

Copyright and Intellectual Property:
- Intellectual Property:
- All content on this website is the intellectual property of Mother to the World Mandala/Mother to the World Services. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

- Artwork Copyright:
- The artist retains all rights as the sole author for the duration of the copyright, which is currently the life of the author plus 70 years.

- Title to the artwork passes to the client or commissioning agency/organization upon written acceptance and payment. However, copyright remains with the artist. The client may own the physical artwork, the artist retains copyright, encompassing all representations (photos, video, ads, logos, branding), excluding on-site documentation photos.
- As the copyright owner of my artwork, I have the right to make copies of my work, distribute those copies, perform or display the work publicly or make works that derive from the original.
